Returning a your Narpine piece is as easy as ordering one. We have a 100% exchange / refund policy within 14 days from delivery.

1. Prepare to Return

Get a hold of the box you received your items in. Don't have it?  Use a strong envelope instead.

Make sure your garment is absolutely unused and the tags are intact.

2.  Request a Return

Go to the Request a Return page to initiate a refund or an exchange and follow the steps.

On confirmation a return shipping label will be mailed to you. Stick the label on the box and hand it over a member of the Blue Dart team.

Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will review it and either initiate your refund or dispatch the garment you requested in exchange.

For return orders, a return shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged.

Kindly allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
